At Sprinkle, we want you to love every bite; if your order isn't perfectly fresh or arrives damaged, we offer a 14-day return window for unopened pantry items and immediate replacements for perishables. Please note that due to food safety regulations, opened food products cannot be returned for a refund.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Log into your Sprinkle account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return or report as damaged.
- 2.Submit Documentation
For quality concerns or shipping damage, please upload a clear photo of the product and the packaging to help our quality control team.
- 3.Pack and Ship
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your original box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
- 4.Receive Refund or Credit
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or provide store credit within 3-5 business days.
